I kid you not, lifesaving. I apologize for my enthusiasm, but it's without a doubt true. As an owner of a Titan GT76, having it run at 30FPS was bemusing. I rarely post reviews unless I am more than satisfied with a company and their services. I was disgruntled by the performance of my laptop, when it has the equipment of a beast-like desktop. I'm a gamer, mod creator, writer, and during COVID these things have kept me sane. Well, long story short, it started under-performing... bad. I went from the provider, to websites with computer programmers, but I came out with many more questions and not enough people to answer them. Louisville Computer Repair was my last resort, or I had to say goodbye to my Titan and the two terabytes of data with it. They spent more than a generous amount of their time helping me. They understood my situation, and took great care in examining my problem and working with me to find a solution. Even when my computer reverted back to the original graphic settings and it started acting up again, Steve called and reassured me that he would assist again even after I had already gone in once. Not a measly five minutes either, but for two hours! This company clearly cares for its customers, and if something goes wrong, they are happy to once more work it out. My laptop is in great hands, and I cannot thank you all enough for helping me realize that I didn't need to drop five thousand more dollars for a new computer like others have told me. It's been running smooth ever since my call and screen share with Steve! Again, I cannot thank this company enough.

The immediate attention and care that Steve and Karmen provided to my "broken" laptop did not go by unnoticed (even though I was a drop-in customer). I left my laptop with them and they had the problem diagnosed and corrected within a half day. Well done and all completed for a fair price. They not only fixed the problem (bad hard drive) but provided a thorough evaluation with analytics of my laptop. I don't know these guys and haven't required their services before but when I do again, I won't have to look past Louisville Computer Repair (they were the 3rd establishment I had tried this time around).

Louisville Computer Repair has amazing customer service, and a friendly staff that has helped me several times this past year. Fast turnarounds on the work (same day) on what I needed done, so I was extremely grateful for that. I love helping a local/independent business like this thrive in our community. A huge recommendation for Louisville Computer Repair! Their technician Carmen came to our home in Norton Commons and fixed every challenge we had on our PC and laptop. At the same time, he schooled us in technology while he worked. Carmen, you are fantastic!! The great thing about LCR is their quick response, friendliness and fair prices. Going forward, I will always use them. Thank you!! Adding to this prior review, I now live in Massachusetts 1-1/2 years later and STILL use Louisville Computer Repair via long distance. I have spoken to Carmen and he has worked on my PC remotely and I recently sent my laptop to them in KY and they upgraded it completely! So! Near and far, they are simply the BEST! Thank you, guys!!
