Longmont Bicycle company is one of the most friendly yet true hardcore cycle shops I have been. They have everything you need (and could ever want) for the beginners up to the experts. The local owners treated me like a long time customer and gave exceptional customer service. They did a small repair job...just a quick fix without any $$$ profit in it for the shop. But while customer service has all but died these days, these folks were genuine. I will return for any and all cycling needs. After months of research on the gravel bike I wanted, I walked into the shop feeling pretty confident. The manager, however, took my experience to the next level by offering additional insights and factors to consider that I hadn’t thought of. Their expertise was impressive, and they genuinely took the time to guide me through the process. They even went the extra mile by joining me on a test ride, riding the same model I was interested in. It was a top-notch bike purchasing experience.

This bike shop is the best. Expect honest and thorough service on your ride. We had one little hiccup, not even their fault, and they went so far above and beyond to make things right. I always love to support local and small business. This one is convenient for me, but would definitely be worth a drive if you want outstanding service that you can trust.

Went in looking for a new bike. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. They’re very knowledgeable in helping you pick a bike for your body type and intention of what you want to use your bike for. Bought a Trek Verve 3 hybrid and so far the bikes been great! Would definitely recommend shopping at this bike shop!
