A great place with phenomenally knowledgeable staff. Todd helped with get some high-quality speaker wire to get my current set-up in tip-top shape, and even helped me think through how to configure some classic equipment I recently acquired.

EDIT: Chris Emas, VP of Sales at that time, reached out to me on the same day I posted this review. The following Monday, Hank, from ListenUp Denver, came to my home and solved the issue in less than one hour. Boulder branch? They sent me an e-mail three weeks later. That’s how concerned they were about this customer 🙄 Therefore, next time I need support, it would be the Denver team the one to receive my call. ******** I am throwing away my Control4 equipment because of ListenUp. For two and a half years I have been enduring at least a three-business-day wait to get someone to call me back to schedule an appointment - when they bother to. And when I am able to talk to a “project manager” to finally get into the schedule, it is at least three weeks out. They will tell you we are oh so busy. And they are. Because they can’t get enough people to work for them. I know this because one technician that had come to my home on his very last day of work with them told me. On that time they only had one person to service the whole area - out of three, one had resigned and one was on PTO. So I’ve had it. They are expensive and this is the service they offer. Think twice before purchasing Control4 equipment if you live in Boulder County. That’s what your future will look like. I also sent an email to Control4 to let them know my decision. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I stopped by to kill some time while I was in Boulder. They had no problem with me just looking around and listening to a few things. Great service!

Jareth was great!! He cleared up all my problems and gave us additional advice on how to make our Sonos and Router systems work more efficiently. I have used Listen up for a lot of my electronics and they have always done a great job.
