My laptop wasn't charging so I took it here. I created a ticket and brought it in the same day, a Friday. They told me they shipped it to Denver for repairs and I asked the guy how long I could expect the repair to take. He said 3 weeks, which seemed long, but I just wanted it done since I was already there. While communication during the repair was fine (they let me know it needed new thermal paste and there was an issue with the ram that they fixed too), I was not expecting it to be 2 months before I could pick it up again. I picked it up last Wednesday, and I'm writing this the following Saturday: now the fan is not fully powered or there's dust in there they didn't take the extra second to blow out. To be honest, I'm not sure what this new issue with the fan is caused by, but I won't be taking it back here to wait another 2 months for something that could probably be done in an afternoon.
Very nice people! They took my laptop back after it was not repaired the first time, however it is a 2 year old expensive laptop and I had it there for 3 weeks and it was never fixed- I spent over $150 and have to buy a new laptop still hence the lower stars.
Very knowledgeable staff, helped me get my laptop fixed in a very reasonable time frame with very competitive prices.

The name implies a Boulder business. However, it is really Laptop Repair Denver, located 43 miles away. My machine was repaired and I'm grateful for that. However, Mike should have mentioned in our 1st phone conversation that they were short staffed. Most of a week passed before they were even ready to look at my laptop. Then the repair took another week and was finished on Fri, 8/19. Due to the 43 miles I mentioned earlier, I couldn't pick it up until Thurs 8/25. The net is that I am very grateful for their technical competence, but disappointed about dropping my laptop off on Mon 8/9 and not getting it back for 17 days.
