In normal human fashion I forgot my bags... Self checkout attendant hovered over me the entire time and put a "B.O.B." sticker on nearly all of my items... Definitely felt profiled and untrusted. Self checkout staff just keeps getting more and more invasive. Put them back in the check stands and hire enough baggers to run your store like it should be run. The general public having to do your jobs... All the while being babysat by one singular employee... What is the point? Keep raising costs on us too. Make sure you maximize those profits and keep your payroll low by making the customer do ALL of the work. Also not surprised to see Greg C complained about in other comments too. I don't have ANY clue why this guy is allowed to work with the public. He's so GD rude it's insane he still has a job here
This a better King Soopers than some just be cautious when buying fresh foods. The produce isn't of the best quality. They often have expired deli and meat products on the sales floor.
Never any parking without a football fields walk! Like this store cleaner than most! I come in for a quick 24 pk and cigs, super nice at courtesy desk!
I wish there was another store close to me. Pharmacy employees are always nice but constantly short staffed so there is always a wait. The pharmacy drive through through is always closed for one reason or another. Forget doing a grocery pick up, they mess up the order AND if you give them coupons, they some how don't get applied to your order and you have to call them and insust they get applied after being given excuses. Kroger just does NOT pay for good employees and doesn't pay their existing employees enough to get them to stay. I'm going to have to start driving to Windsor to get a decent shopping experience.
Deli, where to start, please train them again, including the manager!! I had to tell a clerk 10 times for a super thin cut and the manager, salami, the manager got the turkey right and she told the worker the cut as she started slicing before getting what I really wanted. Please TRAIN PROPRELY. I needed more than one selection! Write down what the customer wants, on those provided pads, this way the cut and product is correct, ask the customer if they want to wait or come back, check the first slice with the customer, then slice all according to what was requested. You do have a pick up location for this. Also please help the kid who does one slice at a time when slicing and weighing. Do a bunch in your gloved hand, then set on scale. DO NOT slice one then place one on the scale and repeat, this is time consuming. Training is important and it's clear this store lacks training of the basics, especially the front end, STOP putting my bread, tomatoes, avocados, and lettuce on the bottom of the bag and then piling heavy on top of that......
