I can't express how thankful I am for Sybil at this location. She is so kind and so helpful. She made my experience wonderful, which is hard to do at a grocery store!
Treated rudely by the check out lady Angelica check out 12 she wasnt friendly was very serious and rude and on a low income with 2 new babies she was very rude and loud so everyone would hear what was going on when things had to be put back on what we couldn't afford she kept calling someone over and asked at the end anything else before I send the person off to take the things back and having them just stand there and stare at a new mother like she's a criminal or shouldn't even be trying to get food for her family I will never check out with that lady and that guy again
I used to love this store, but not anymore. Increasingly over the last couple of years shopping in the store became a frustrating experience. It’s poorly managed. Many products have incorrect pricing and have out of date sale prices. Often, items that are on sale aren’t available-even within a day or two of the start of the sale. Whether or not you get a rain check (remember those?) depends on who is behind the counter at the customer service desk. I almost always have issues with incorrect pricing at check out. Many of the employees- especially those in management positions- are surly and rude when issues are brought to their attention. Clearly, this store does not care about their customers because these problems haven’t been addressed no matter how often I talk to management about the problems. I’ve tried to call the corporate office about a recent extremely aggressive interaction with the store manager and I cannot get anyone in upper management to call me back despite repeated attempts. Their message to me is clear: “Shop elsewhere! We don’t want or need your business! We don’t care about customer satisfaction.” Message received.
Grocery shopping is already a nightmare but now you have employees coming up to customers while shopping to harass them about a credit card?! ABSOLUTELY NOT
Fraud alert! Weekly says seedless grapes, 1.29/lb, display says seedless grapes 1.29/lb, same PLU number rings at 2.99/lb. at the register. Do not buy after 7pm as management has gone home and nobody can help with wrong price refund since "we had call-ins and can't take care of it tonight." Not a staff problem. Staff did their job of deflecting a corporate error and management failure. Buy during the day so you can catch the Kroger consumer fraud attempts.
