They no longer have hand baskets, Why? They do not have enough small carts, do they not realize nobody can afford to fill a big cart . Big carts are for EBT costumers I guess.

I can’t believe I’d have to say this about any place near Denver with such a high Japanese-American population, but Sushi Lovers beware! This place does not know sushi. My wife reports that her purchase today (August 26, 2024) was at least day-old (not ever recommended for something made with raw fish) and the rice indicated it may have even been older, dried up and crunchy. That does not bode well for anyone expecting sushi from this place. We get better sushi from the Pagosa Springs City Market and, my wife commented, even our worst attempt as making sushi is better than what she ate today. I think the only reason she even finished it was because she’s not nearly as picky as I am.

Even though I live up the street from this Kings i’m forced to go to the Marketplace. The quality in bakery goods has gone down so much it’s sad! I normally purchase donuts on a weekly basis for morning meetings but refuse to buy the poorly dipped donuts from this location anymore! Not fully or neatly dipped and not as soft as they use to be. The glaze looks like it’s been used for months with all the lumps. The french bread will often times come out in the shape of California……
