When the problem that I had brought my laptop in for started happening again the next day, I brought it back to Ken. He spent a long time on it, and now not only has that problem been fixed, but it’s running better than it has for a long time. I appreciate that he stands behind his work. That’s good business practice!

They did such an awesome job on my computer! It was running so slow and they got it working better than it has ever been. I definitely will be recommending them to my friends for their tech needs!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would because Kendal Burns goes way out of his way to take care of his customers. Twice he has come to my rescue for computer problems that seemed insurmountable to me. At one point he had to completely rebuild my computer and even though it took quite a while, he stuck with it until everything was fixed and repaired to his satisfaction. It's unusual in this day and age to find someone so dedicated to providing good service. I highly recommend him and his services. He is the best.
