From the very first communication to the last, David's customer service was impeccable! He responded almost immediately and fixed my computer screen within 20 minutes! I will be calling him again now that my mouse pad messed up. Thank you 'Just Fixing Computers' for your talent and incredible customer service! Okay just used David for the 2nd time and once again, impeccable service! He's a computer genius and was finished replacing my mouse pad/sensor within minutes and sent me a screen recording of it working. He also has a yearly unlimited tech support plan for just $165, which I will now utilize. Thank you once again David/Just Fixing Computers!

David is a miracle worker. I put together my 1st pc and when I turned it on it wouldn't even give me a blue screen. I didn't know what to do or if it was even repairable and was freaking out. I called David and he assured me it would take 2 hours and he would have it working. That turned out to be false because it only took him an hour and 15 minutes to diagnose and fix the problems. He stayed in contact with me the entire time. When I got the computer back he walked me through what he did to fix it. For the amount of money he charged me he should be considered a non profit agency. I cannot recommend David enough, the man is a miracle worker and very professional. I will be taking all my business to him in the future.

I'd give 10 stars but it only goes to 5. David is very knowledgeable and friendly. His pricing is more than reasonable and the work he does is the fastest I have been familiar with. Usually you drop off the computer and never know when you will hear from anyone, but with David he keeps you updated quickly and let's you know right away what's going on.
