One of my employees broke down while working out of state. Had truck towed to this shop for repairs. The shop attempted to charge me $300 for a battery and $230 for labor to change the battery. When I spoke to my employee, I told him absolutely. Not I know the batteries could there's nothing wrong with. The fuel pump was the issue . So upon ordering the part the shop ordered the most expensive fuel pump on market. About $500 and then proceeded to charge me $625 for said pump a 25% markup. When I asked them why they would charge a hundred and twenty five dollars when they told us not to worry about it that they would get the parts not realizing it would be and extra 125 for them to place a call. When I had them remove the battery because it was unnecessary and didn't need to be. They still charge us for 4 hours of labor for putting a battery in and taking a battery that didn't fix anything and wasn't broken. We still paid $460 for him to take out a battery. Also, they refuse to give you the receipts and warranties on the parts you buy. So even though I have a lifetime warranty , I can never replace it because they wouldn't give us the warranty. $1700 for a fuel pump . Straight thieves 💯 😤

We got stranded in town on our way home from out of state when a belt on the motor snapped. They took care of us very quickly in order to help get us back home as we were still 2.5 hours away from home. One of the things I loved the most is that they called us throughout the process to keep us informed of any issues they ran into and were great with communicating, which in my experience is hard to find in this business. The were professional, courteous, and quick! Also, their pricing was amazing! I expected to pay well over what they actually charged for my service which was wonderful considering we had to pay for a hotel room and a car repair that we were not prepared for. I am very pleased with the service we received, I just wish they were located in my home town so that I could use them for all of my repairs! We made it home safely and are so thankful for their service!

I left a voice mail for a quote with the make and model and my phone number, but I never got a return call. Guess they are so good they don't need new customers.

They are always ready to answer any questions I have about my vehicle and what they are doing to fix it . They have great reasonable prices better than any other shops in the Russellville or River valley area. Thanks guys keep up the good work I recommend this place to everyone.
