Fred was a miracle worker. We have a new PC with data/files transferred over from the old computer by "the other guys." Whatever they did made it pretty hard to access old programs, connect to the printer, etc. It was a mess. Fred worked his magic and got us up to date and running again. Highly recommend this guy!

Once again I had to utilize IT Integrity Guys service.. it was a simple fix but I tried for weeks to fix it on my own.. he fixed it in less than 2 minutes remotely and didn't charge me.. what a wonderful individual. I just lost my husband and IT Integrity Guys compassion was so heartfelt for a businessperson.. use this person. You won't regret it.. This guy is the most knowledgeable, professional, honest individual with computers I've ever had the pleasure of having my computer worked on. You can't go wrong having him work on your computer.

His fee was extremely affordable, and he provided me with free help after the service to clear up some things I still couldn't understand. I highly recommend Fred and his company, and I am going to post his service on my neighborhood web site. He would also be good for people who are not highly knowledgeable in the computer world.
