If you are looking for great computer advice and/or support I highly recommend IT Colorado! I started with a great consult to evaluate my current business computer needs which was invaluable. I was so focused on keeping my older computer system, but Michael and Travis' expert knowledge not only guided me in a much better direction, but they also explained to me "why". It made so much sense so I followed their lead. Travis is an amazing listener and went over and beyond the call of duty to get my new computer system in place. Thank You IT Colorado! Great service!! I was experiencing problems booting up and after trying several fixes myself, decided it was time to get expert help. I tried IT Colorado and was very happy I did. I worked with Travis who is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with . My deskside PC was about 8 years old and he fixed the problem. He could have stopped there but he asked if I had been getting the Blue screen very often which I told him I had. He suggested replacing the Solid State drive I had with a 500GB Solid State drive. I had been thinking about doing just that for awhile and when he said he could do that and restore all my data and files for a very reasonable price I couldn't say no.. I highly recommend IT Colorado!

I've worked with Michael Roybal at IT Colorado multiple times over the past 13 years and he's taken care of numerous computer issues I've experienced. He's handled security issues on my pc, virus removal and software installation. After unsuccessfully attempting to update our laptop to Windows 11 myself, I left it in the most capable hands at IT Colorado in Loveland. They were courteous and extremely knowledgeable and took care of our laptop as if it were their own. In no time they had it up and running better than before and at a most reasonable price.
