Such a horrible experience I had a problem with my iPad and was told to come here to fix it. I obviously had a few questions but the girl was too into being on her phone and very rude. Having workers like her will ruin any business. I rather go elsewhere and pay double the price than to have to deal with a ruthless, incompetent, and greedy person. Hope the owner sees this.

Garbage phone repair the Egyptian guy doesn’t know what he’s doing my phone turned off and wouldn’t turn on next day. I took it to a different repair shop and he showed me how he didn’t put and bolts back like 3/10 bolts weren’t on.

I took my iPad in for a battery replacement, and a few months later, their junk battery swelled up like a balloon. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they made me pay again to fix their incompetence. If you don’t want your device to explode or your house to catch fire, stay far away from these scammers. Completely unprofessional and downright dangerous.

My phone screen was completely shuttered then had it looking brand new under an hour plus the price was way more affordable the. I expected staff is super friendly I highly recommend this place!!!!

Bought an overpriced iPad case, walked 3 feet out the door and realized the screen doesn’t turn on when opening the case (doesn’t have the magnets). They wouldn’t take it back, pointed to a sign on the register saying no refunds. Said it was my fault that I didn’t notice, because we put the iPad in the case to make sure it fits. Screen was already on, how could I have noticed? Will not be back, and will ensure everybody I know steers clear.
