Very unhappy. I came and got my iPhone 15 Plus fixed here. They didn’t disclose at first that they don’t use genuine Apple products. They use fakes but charge the same! Not worth it! My phone was fine until day 2 and the top of the screen stopped working so I took it back in then I took it back again on day 4 of having the screen because it went black. He refused to give me my money back unless he took my screen back. I brought it with a screen but can’t take it with one? The kiosk worker tried to say that it was my phone but Best Buy confirmed it was the screen from them!!! Apple wouldn’t take my phone because these people are unauthorized!! He still refused to give my money back even though I fought for it. Now I am out a bunch of money because they scammed me! THEY ARE A SCAMM FOR IPHONE USERS. I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend someone to go here.

Beware. They will write themselves a review with your phone before giving it back. They gave themselves 5 stars. Good thing I caught it and changed it. You don't know which ratings are real. He did repair my galaxy z flip for me and I was thankful. But it broke along the fold immediately upon opening it. Either the repair went wrong or the product they installed was not good, but they did not take it back to fix it.

Despite clearly stating "we fix laptops" in the description, they directly REFUSE to look at laptops. Don't waste your time. Don't beleive his reply, he did not even LOOK at my laptop, I walked up to the stand and began saying "I have this laptop" when the man behind the counter literally interrupted me mid sentence to say "we don't fix laptops". I DO know you don't because that's literally what I was told by you when I came to your store, stop lying in the replies to make yourself look better, really it just makes you look unprofessional.
