Worst ever. Got defective adapter twice. And the lady started talking in ver bad tone and started yelling at me when I confront her on the call. They will try to give you the worst product ever.

This place ripped me off. I brought my Mac in because it needed to be hardwired to ethernet as part of the factory reboot and I didn't have a mac adaptor to do it myself. They quoted me 13 times(!!!) the amount that the adapter on Amazon would have cost and claimed that it would be 2 hours of work, but refused to explain what work was needed. So I said I would fix it myself, at which point they said they won't release the laptop unless I pay the "diagnostic fee." When I dropped my laptop off I asked several times what the quote would be and at no point did they mention a diagnostic fee. In my experience they were not honest, rude, and unwilling to explain anything or work with me on what actually needed to be fixed. I felt like I got completely ripped off, and got a grossly inflated quote for what should have been 5 minutes of work to just factory reboot with a $15 adaptor. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.
