I had an HP all-in-one printer from Costco that abruptly died with a 'carriage jam' error. I used the 'request a quote' option and received a prompt response to my text inquiry, then took it into 'Ink It Over' for diagnostics. It turned out that a part broke on my printer that couldn't be ordered, but they were able to set up a similar model they had on hand using a gear from my broken printer for a nominal labor charge (saving me $90 for a new part). I was able to get a functional printer at a reasonable price, very happy with the customer service!
