The quality of the prints was outstanding. I had some business cards, flyers, and a large banner printed, and each item came out perfect. The colors were vibrant, and the attention to detail was impressive. Their turnaround time was also very quick, and they met all of my deadlines without any issues.

The shop always has the ink cartridges we need on-hand (none of the office supply or electronic chain stores carry them) and their price is about half what it cost me to buy online and wait for delivery! I had an HP all-in-one printer from Costco that abruptly died with a 'carriage jam' error. I used the 'request a quote' option and received a prompt response to my text inquiry, then took it into 'Ink It Over' for diagnostics. It turned out that a part broke on my printer that couldn't be ordered, but they were able to set up a similar model they had on hand using a gear from my broken printer for a nominal labor charge (saving me $90 for a new part). I was able to get a functional printer at a reasonable price, very happy with the customer service!

Great deal - this place saved me $$$!! I had what I thought was a junked laser printer, but I dropped it off to see what they could do, and Stefan knew right away it was going to be an affordable fix. Instead of dropping hundreds on a new printer, I got my old one fixed up for less than $100. Prints good as new. This place also has toner, and I'll be back next time I need some. Highly recommended - thank you Stefan!
