Ink It Over

Paid $25 today for a reused ink cartridge for my HP envy 4500. Thought it would hold me over until i could order new ones from Amazon. Got about 3 of the 13 pages I needed to print when it stopped printing correctly and i got a message from my printer saying the cartridge had to be replaced. Thanks for nothing. waste of time, waste of money, waste of gas. had to write my information on a ditto and participate in the mask-wearing BS. Never again, realize now i should have just stayed home & got it from Amazon.com.

I read the existing reviews so went in with my guard up. My experience was fantastic! My intent was to drop off my printer for cleaning and maintenance since it had stopped printing. But Susan did some troubleshooting on the ink cartridges and took them in the back to do some magic and after a couple back and forths it was printing just fine. Took about 20 minutes and she did not even charge me. I also got a lot of great tips. This is my new, go-to place for all things Printer! Thank you!

This is the first remanufactured ink cartridge that I bought that didn’t drive my printer crazy. Usually with these generic ink cartridges you have to run head alignments and cleaning processes for them to work right. With these you pop them in your printer and go. Great product!

Friendly staff who were very helpful. I took home a cartridge from them that didn't work. I called to let them know and they were quick to fix the issue. I felt like they really cared about my business. I will be returning to this store for print needs in the future.

Found this mom and pop store few weeks ago when my printer stopped printing. Susan (I believe the manager) helped me figure out what the problem was. After checking the printer she said my cartridges were empty and that they were cartridges that she could refill while I waited. About 20-30 minutes later she came back with samples of what the refilled cartridges printed out. So not only did she fix my printer she saved me $$ with the refills. I will be returning to Ink It Over for my printing needs from now on. Thank you Susan and Ink It Over
