Ali is an awesome phone repair tech there! Super super friendly guy, went absolutely above and beyond to help me with my phone even though the screen stopped working after the warranty period ended. He explained all the things he did as he went forward, and was super easy to deal with. Super quick turnaround time! Take a look at my other reviews for companies - I am not one to give out 5 stars easily, but the service here was outstanding. He got my S20FE working when I was certain it was dead, for a remarkable price.

Have been here several times. The staff is fantastic! Prices are so reasonable and they go the extra mile to get your devices repaired quickly.

Took my cell phone in with a sound/volume issue. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They figured out the issue almost immediately, did a bit of work and within a very short time everything was good as new!! I'll be going back for sure if/when I have issues with my phone again. 5-stars!

Editing since you left a false response. READ EVERYONES NEGATIVE REVIEW. WE ALL HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT. This man put an aftermarket screen on my phone, charging me $500- the same price as an authentic Samsung screen. He did not tell me it was an aftermarket screen. My phone screen stopped working months later and he refuses to take ownership. STAY AWAY!!!! SCAMMER. BIG SCAMMER. MOBILE KLINIK IN OSHAWA CENTER WARNED ME ABOUT THIS GUY. HE HAS A HISTORY BE VERY CAREFUL. HE IS AN UNAUTHORIZED SAMSUNG DEALER. He changed my screen in January with an after market screen without telling me it was after market. 4 months later, my screen went blank. He tried to blame it on a bug. Two other Companies told me that my screen is defective and that the guy who did it for me used an after market screen. He refuses to refund my money or fix the phone. And claims a 60 day warranty. I paid $500 for the screen. I brought it to him to look at and he completely broke my phone, I and to purchase a new phone. CAREFUL who you go to. Stay away from this company. They are big scammers.

Outstanding all the way around. Quality parts. Fast service. Reasonable price. I’m even excited to break another phone so I can talk to the lovely person I dropped it off to! Highly recommend.
