I am a person who does not like to haggle over people's work...expecting them to do their job. A while ago I took my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra cell phone to have the screen changed. The person who helped me told me that it would be ready the same day and that he would charge me a total of $ 250, which I accepted even knowing that new ones cost $ 350. When I returned, my terrible experience began. I had to wait an hour and when it was finally ready, this person told me that the agreed price would no longer be the same. Now I would pay $ 290. Even so, there was no bother on my part because my cell phone looked like new and also because according to him he would give me a Protector for my cell phone. After 10 days my cell phone had the same fault without reversing any accident, so I decided to return and this person's service was very different. He told me that no, he had not repaired it and that I was sure that they had fixed it there because he did not remember having fixed my cell phone and that if I wanted I could leave it but he would charge me again or maybe a little more because I would have to work overtime (with this I understood that this person is a scammer). Seriously, I don't know. He remembers me even though I live near his business and he always greets me. What a rat this guy must be. Never come here, you don't know how to do your job well.

If your UPS package ends up here for the Ups Access Point do not worry it was a super easy process as frustrating as it can be not getting a package delivered to your home. Communication was easy and coordinated with the business for me to get my package when UPS was being difficult and there was nothing but friendly interactions and understanding of the situation. If i need my phone repaired, I know where I am going to properly give them my business.

The place to go for your phone repairs! This man knows what he is doing. The owner is absolutely amazing and really cares about people. Definitely will be back whenever I need repairs!

The back of my phone was shattered and so was the LCD screen! He did amazing work on my phone, looks brand new, very pleased with the outcome! Definitely would recommend and would come back!
