Looks like I had some bad luck 🍀 Service manager changed his attitude with me after I didn’t buy wheels at the store which he said it was cool to do so. 1500$ wheels installed and I specifically asked to have the letters lined up with the VALVE STEM. Just like every other new bike on the showroom floor. Obviously this was done on purpose no way do you miss something that easy. I always paid my bill up to date. You accomplished getting under my skin. No phone call or anything my bike was done or a text. They closed at 3pm today till Saturday how convenient. They knew I wanted my bike back, luckily I knew when they would close came in at 2pm I knew they were surprised. I have a very good 6th sense. Won’t go back. Service manager talks a big game about going and cutting his own trails in the forest at night which is completely illegal. Wanted me to ride with him absolutely not. Grow up.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of bikes and accessories. clean store. They helped me get set up with my first set of clipless pedals and shoes! Excited to ride!

I was in the market for a e-bike. I ride bikes a lot and wanted to get one to ride with my wife around town. I stopped in the store and Ian was great! I tested 2 bikes and found the one I wanted. He did a great job explaining everything. He gave me a great sale price and then the $450 Colorado rebate. It was such a great deal that I bought it! They did a great job of explaining everything and adjusting the seat. My wife and good friend want a e-bike. I’ll definitely recommend going there.

I was very happy with my first visit to Incycle! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of what they do. Our brake repair was fast and we learned a lot about superior bikes while we waited! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be treated well. Quality service. Quality staff.
