I highly recommend this store for computer screen replacement. I have a Microsoft Surface 3, 13.5” laptop, that I inadvertently dropped and the screen shattered. No water damage. I wanted to replace the screen. I called multiple locations in the metro city area to no avail. Multiple business told me I would have to send the computer into Microsoft for repair. The Microsoft website wanted $500-600. Would take 6-8 weeks. And there was no clear way on how to complete an online claim and submit the computer for repair. I was getting increasingly frustrated. Until found iDeas. I called and spoke with Cornelius, sales associate. Very nice gentleman. Within five days he had a new screen replaced for $275. With a 30 day guarantee Done and done. My Microsoft Surface Pro 6 laptop screen was shattered.I called all over town and one of the other repair companies told me that iDeas is the only one in Denver area who repairs Microsoft Surface screens. I called and talked to Bernard, who ordered the new screen and within 24 hours, had the part and replaced the screen. This compared to Microsoft who wanted me to ship it to them to repair at an cost three times more than what iDeas charged me - they also would have had it for who knows how long. Bernard was professional, knowledgable and terrific to work with. I would give this place six stars out of five if I could!

Thiefs!! Brought in my sons phone that we bought him for Christmas, it was an S21 to get unlocked and the owner was the one that helped me since employees were on Christmas break. When i went back for the phone he gave me back a s21 FE ($300) cheaper model with scratches on the screen and claims that was the phone I brought in. I showed him that the case I had on the phone don't even fit but he just asked us to leave and not come back. I will leave this post here until they give it back. Totally ruined my sons Christmas. Be careful and stay away from this place.

Super friendly and super helpful! Highly recommend. Helped to repair my S21 Ultra after another store broke it completely. The guy was super helpful and drove to their other store to get the part for me.

This place is a jocke , the personal is unprofessional with the customers, I took my cell and for a simple screen repair and they told me they tried 3 different screens and nothing worked, they did something to my phone that now it shuts down and the other month I brought apple phones and they put in a wrong screen on both....the nerve of the girl working there told me she doesn't believe in customers being right and kicking me out of the store....I will recommend you all pay a little extra somewhere else to fix your phone right other then running into their B.S....No experience people working on your phone...all
