I brought my Galaxy S10e to this repair shop after it suffered water damage, and I was really impressed with their service. The screen had gone completely black, and they managed to replace it, bringing my phone back to life. While there were still some issues, I understand that water damage can cause lasting problems, and i realized that it was a good point made by them to just transfer the data to a different phone now that the screen was back, as well as I'm out of money lol. I might come back in the future to get it fixed after transferring. I really appreciate their effort and dedication. If you're looking for a team that genuinely tries their best, amazing customer service, great prices, and great dedication to their craft, they are the best in town!

Went to the Apple Store with my friend, were told we’d have to pay for a new replacement iPad… The only thing that needed fixing was the charging port which had some gunk in it. The Apple Store spent 40 something mins before saying they won’t repair and can’t replace the charging port. Went to this guy immediately, in and out, not even 3 minutes he fixed the issue. $20 for 3 min of time. Excellent service, quick, honest repair. Don’t go to the Apple Store, come here!!!!

I brought in an iPhone that had been given to me that had been dropped on the street and ran over by a car. I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed. Phillip the technician assured me that the phone was fine and just needed a new screen. The price to fix it was extremely reasonable, $100. He fixed it while I was there and it works great now

Amazing service, reasonably priced, and hella friendly folks. I called, they confirmed they could fix the cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in 3-4 hours. Dropped it off and came back 4 hours later to a new looking phone. I Repair It Fast seems to be at least fifty bucks less expensive than other repair shops and Philip has the best jokes, too.

January 6, 2024 Saturday on my way from San Diego to San Francisco I called the shop 20 min before they close at 3 PM I needed my iphone 11 promax fixed asap and luckily Phillip answered the phone I asked if I could still come to the shop at Green st Pasadena and fix my broken screen. He stated he is almost done for the day but he will be willing to wait for me few minutes past 3PM. I got there just in time. He was super nice and accomodating. He assured me he can work on it right away and I can wait. However I asked if I could leave it and pick it up in a couple of hours since I am visiting my family in temple city. He called me around 5 but I couldn’t make it and so he gave me an address to pick it up at another branch in East Pasadena. He actually waited until past 7 PM until I get to the shop it was way past his working hours. I finally got my phone and whola! It was perfect! The workmanship was outstanding as if it was brand new again. I got my iphone 11 promax working with no problem. This is Stupendous customer service the kind that you would love to get especially when your phone os that important to you and this shop I repair It Fast Pasadena is truly, positively and definitely the BEST place to go to. PHILLIP is the guy that you would want to see! Incredibly nice guy! Thank you!
