HTC Automotive did a good job of replacing the ball joints and sway links on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The service writer, Strange, kept me informed about options and costs. He really knows much about cars and trucks even though he is not a technician. That is important as I had many questions about an expensive repair. So yes, five stars for HTC Automotive Repair.

We have used HTC Automotive Repair for several years now for servicing an older model Toyota and older model Subaru. Service has included both routine maintenance service (oil charge etc) and/or specific mechanical repairs. Each service experience has been excellent and professionally handled by HTC regarding troubleshooting and diagnostics (when required), accurate estimated repair costs and timely completion of service. Shop personnel are courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or concerns. We were originally referred to HTC by an auto parts store. We have never been disappointed. Thank you HTC Automotive!

Very reliable and high quality service. Good communication. On previous visits, HTC is happy to work with 3rd party warranty providers (e.g., CarMax's MaxCare) which is a huge help to both out-of-pocket costs and convenience.

These guys at HonToy are awesome!! They were recommended by a friend and have not disappointed. I've been impressed by them not upselling me, even recommending not to do things. Additionally, they send photos of everything they find during safety inspections. Very honest and transparent. Work is done in a timely manner and they stored my car in a lot until I could come pick it up. I have been a few times and will continue to use them!
