Chad is a lifesaver! The hard drive on my computer failed yesterday at 2 p.m. I immediately called Chad and brought my computer to his office a few minutes later. He quickly assessed the situation and told me what was wrong, how long it would take and quoted me a reasonable price. He then had my computer back to me and operational by 10 the next morning. Chad was able to back up and restore my ALL my data, replaced my hard drive and updated me to Windows 10.
