My frustration with my large LG television is finally over. The nice technician who came, solved all of my problems with the apps, explained how my smart TV worked, and gave me instructions on how to find my favorite programs. The technician was very professional, pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. It was well worth the money spent. If you are having problems, I highly recommend this service.
