Company’s trash! Jonathan called me on sep 13th to setup a scheduled appointment for Saturday sep 21st for a new main board replacement for my tv. The day before I got an email confirming a 4 hour window for his arrival (1:30 to 5:30) Patiently waited and he never came never called. This was highly frustrating because we cancelled events to be there for him for his service repair. When I called to see what was going on I got the run around, excuses from the supervisor. All he wanted to do was setup another service for another 2 weeks out with no credit or discount on the service for the inconvenience. I’ll never use again!!!!

So unprofessional. I went through the phone tree for 15 minutes and got forwarded to like 4 different people who couldn’t help me and then I went to an actual Best Buy with a geek squad to find I couldn’t get an estimate for the work that I needed done. For how much money I was looking at spending I would have expected more professionalism and a better experience overall. I ended up not getting my car work done at geek squad due to this. Very dissatisfied.

Use extreme caution when dealing with this company. They are dishonest, and we were taken advantage of and charged $200 to extend a warranty we were led to believe was active, and didn't want extended in the first place. We were not asked and we were not informed, we were simply sent an emailed receipt to let us know our money had been taken without asking for something we never wanted to purchase.

Good support Geek Squad for bad new Dell Laptop. Bought Dell laptop from Best Buy, Park Meadows. Laptop has been back 2x in less than month of ownership. Geek Squad has been able to address the issue while in shop, (Win Blue screen of death on a Win10 laptop?). But the issue is still occurring. Not sure if this is a Dell or Geek Squad resolution issue. Great customer service skills from Geek Squad staff, but I would like the problem to be fixed.

The Geeks did a great job switching me data over to a new PC that I bought from them. They also showed me how the new computer will be better than my previous PC. It was all professionally done. I'm very happy
