Had warranty issues with my fridge said they were gonna come out. Fix it one guy came out ordered. The parts said the other gentleman was gonna be out on Friday Saturday. No show, no call. Try calling Geek Squad. They have no clue what's going on. Customer service. Is kind of clueless would not recommend? Geek Squad tried calling manager text name was Steven. I think the manager's name. Zack molano, they said if you need immediate response to call Him His' phone is off.

If I could give zero stars I would. Was givin an appointment after being referred to the geek squad by Tmobile. I explained that my phone was powered up, but screen was black. I needed to transfer the data or mirror the phone with my new exact model phone. The gentleman who made the appointment said it was indeed possible. When I arrived to the appointment the young lady was very rude and flat out said it wasn't possible. I asked her why the gentleman that scheduled the appointment said it was. She said " they" are under the impression that your screen is good. "They"being one of her very own. I insisted by telling her basically how to do her job by connecting the phone to their screen as a remote screen. She still very rudely refused and said it would only show a locked screen. I told her my screen doesn't even have a lock on it and she said, well still. I was like, look it's worth alot to me to try. She pretended to try by plugging it in to a screen that didn't appear to be powered up and quickly disconnected it and said, see it don't work. Lousy b!@€# put zero value in my data. I would have asked for a different tech, but the other young lady that was with her was already rolling her eyes like I was a problem. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!! Made a claim to get my replacement phone. Paid the $250 deductible just to receive the wrong phone. When I called in and spoke to a manager they sent me to best buy to exchange the phone for the correct one. Spent 2 hours there just for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to exchange it and they were going to send me a return shipping label. I sent the phone back and a week later I'm still waiting on my phone it's been 3 weeks since the claim has been started. Every single time I call in they give me incorrect information and deny me the opportunity to speak to a manager. If there was an option for negative stars that's what this company would have. I'll never deal with them again. I would never recommend anyone else to even waste there money on this poorly ran company!!!

Geek Squad at this store is about as bad as you can get. I tried to find out about setting up an appt and the guy that I spoke with talked to me like I was an idiot. He appeared to be a manager too. How sad is that!!! Guess they'll make just anyone a manager! Probably a blessing that i didnt get an appt to take my computer. My confidence in them is little to NONE!!!

Bad experience due to improper training and management no way to contact the actual store if you have an issue that needs to be directly brought up with management.
