Final straw, never going back. They randomly decided to limit the amount of card game cards you could buy but didnt bother to put a sign on the cards and only told me after standing in line for ten minutes because they had two cashiers both doing returns. This store has a long history of terrible ideas and terrible support like trying to sell me on a 90 dollar hdmi cable. and having 0 knowledge on products they sell. If you want to buy cards HobbyTownUSA is right around the corner give them your business not this waste of time.
Set up a repair appointment a week ahead to get there and find out they didn’t have the parts to fix my phone. I entered in my phone information and what I wanted repaired when I scheduled the appointment Cost me a week of waiting I should’ve gone somewhere else Employees were kind and helpful but their company really let them down
Geek squad at Best Buy in Kennesaw has pathetic service. They did a quick assessment on my iPhone, and said it is non-repairable. However, they refused to give me a document from my insurance company racket. They only help you out if there's money in it for them and you want to buy a phone from them. I got an iPhone battery replacement from the Geek Squad at this Best Buy location. My screen was not cracked prior to getting the battery replaced. They returned the phone to me with a hairline crack on the screen. They refused to accept responsibility for cracking the screen while changing out the battery. They insisted it was cracked before, but I look and use my phone every day. I know it was not cracked prior to letting them replace the battery. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Had a wonderful experience at this place! There was no wait so I walked right up to the counter. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful (I believe his name was Paul). He really listened to me when I described the issue and answered all of my questions. He explained the repair process very well, seemed genuinely interested in helping me, and was just very pleasant and great to work with. I've never been to geek squad before but I would absolutely go here again! Thanks Paul!
