Geek-aid is great. We called them on a Sunday, right away someone answered and scheduled someone for the following day (Presidents’ day). The costumer service is great and Harvey the guy who helped us is excellent. He solved a bunch of issues we had with a computed who died and saving all the data and putting on the new computer.

Geek-Aid was extremely responsive to my computer issues and were able to send over a technician the same day I called. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable, quickly helped me diagnose the issue, and provided advice on how to correct it. If I have another issue I will call them again.

UPDATE: Geek Aid responded, and wow, it sure is defensive, unprofessional, and dismissive. I called to describe my computer issue, but before I could even explain, I was abruptly told they couldn’t fix it. There was no attempt to understand the problem, which was dismissive. I don’t mind if a service isn’t available, but better customer service would would make a big difference. I checked their website before calling, and my computer was listed as one they service. One final thing, I took a look at all the reviews here, and many of them appear to be from fake profiles, which makes me think this business is shady.

Suuuper helpful and professional. I called for a network issue at my job and they were able to help troubleshoot the issue in the same day. Very attentive, experienced, and caring about small businesses. Our tech was thorough and helpful.
