I can’t recommend this company more! From top down they are efficient, honest and trustworthy. Sherri provided an estimate with no high-pressure up sales. She was a great listener, and though both my water heater and furness were red tagged, she didn’t treat me like a sitting duck. Peter and Zach did the installation and were meticulous to detail, squeezing into very small spaces to fit the new to old. They worked with Xcel energy to get my gas turned back on, heated and with hot water again! They have an in house fabricator to ensure all fits square and to size. All for thousands less than the quotes from competitors!! Just can’t say enough..thanks guys.

OK, this was the best service call I ever had. Sean County was my service technician. He was very polite, prompt, explained everything to me, and was very very reasonable on the price. I wish I called Fort Collins heating and air conditioning the first time. I would’ve saved a lot of money and most importantly time freezing in my house. I am warm and toasty now. Great service visit from technician Micah. He was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with this homeowner who wanted to know how things worked. He inspected and serviced our 2 boilers and even resolved and long standing issue with one of our radiators that had gone on for a couple of years (that another local heating company could not figure out!). Fort Collins Heating and Air were fantastic every step of the way. We had a service tech come out to try to fix our twenty year old furnace. But it was too far gone. Sean was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. Because it was an urgent situation, they were able to have a sales rep out a few hours later to help us decide what was right for our needs. He answered our questions and replied to emails very quickly, even over the weekend. Our installers were wonderful and I’m actually sad to see them go. They were a joy to have. Very capable, very polite, very professional. I cannot say enough good about Cameron and Kam. Thank you, Fort Collins Heating and Air for making a difficult situation as easy as possible.

Great experience all around. Very easy to schedule. I received a reminder text prior to the appointment and a call from Pat, the technician, when he was on his way. I also received a text from Fort Collins Heating & Air prior to his arrival that included a photo and info about him, which was great. Pat arrived within the scheduled window and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated throughout the process (troubleshooting a dryer vent issue). He was able to quickly resolve the problem. Highly recommend this company and technician. Thank you!
