I made the mistake of shopping here because I am a regular customer at gameshop downstairs, and I wouldn't recommend buying a used computer from them. he lied to me the whole time I was looking at it and purposely sold me a broken computer. he's good at sales, because he lied to sell me a lemon, but unfortunately he's not a used car salesman so I won't be returning to pay for it to be fixed as it is STILL broken after months of my trying to fix it. I do not appreciate him lying to my face, disrespectful comments he made towards me, and furthermore, I'm disturbed because I worked in tech doing PC repair. I am unable to fix the computer they sold, which was a scam to sell their repair services. I do not need to pay them to repair the broken computer they sold me, and furthermore am not impressed if they know how to fix it, because they sold it to me broken so that I would be scammed into paying MORE to repair the damages. I don't know how these guys got away with all that, but that being said, if you need repairs go to someone else because I don't believe them to be good at repairs whatsoever and they damaged that computer they sold to me on purpose. so they can undo their damages, whatever, I'm not gonna do that. but I'm disturbed because I work in the same industry, have never seen this problem, furthermore cannot fix it, because I do not work for them and don't know what they did to make me have to come back to them to undo their sabotage. I find it appalling that they verbally insulted me for this, said that they were WAITING for me to come back for quite some time. I can't get a refund from this business, and I'm displeased, as I find it unprofessional to lie to me and insult me during my purchase and further insult me and my intelligence when I came back just because THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME TO COME BACK AND THEY FELT I TOOK TOO LONG TO DO SO. I refuse to accept that as legal, I believe it's entrapment to sell me a computer THEY BROKE THEMSELVES with the intention of extortion for the cost of repairing the damages to the computer. I will say they are knowledgeable of the workings of the hardware that makes up this computer, and it's impressive that they hacked the hardware so that the computer has issues at boot time. the motherboard has been altered, I cannot tell how, because I got into the industry from engineering experience coding SOFTWARE, NOT BY DESTROYING HARDWARE... I don't know if these guys are good at fixing computers, but they're good at selling them after purposely breaking them. I guess they were angry of the fact they're waiting because they already have the replacement motherboard in stock... I'll be buying my replacement motherboard SOMEWHERE ELSE. be forewarned, these guys are kinda sketchy, and I didn't appreciate their disrespect because I'm a paying customer. I hope that makes sense to SOMEONE out there... because they clearly don't care about anything but money for their services, which unfortunately I cannot give a review of. thanks for that.

First time into new spot on S'Clara St. Vsited this place over the weekend & charger did not function for the laptop I took into the store. Charlie was helpful. I returned on Monday to get a refund so that I could buy an original Dell charger instead of going back& forth w/issues. Kevin was kind & really wanted to look for another charger but I didn't want to be having issues. I needed closure to complete tasks online. Thanks for all your help guys.

Thank you so much for being a part of my granddaughters 11th birthday scavenger hunt party your assistance in and providing are being one of the prizes of places that handed out the prizes was absolutely amazing and we were thrilled to find out that the downstairs is completed and sold full of rich treasures. First off, let me say just how satisfied I am with the service here. Everyone was incredibly nice, polite and very informative. I was immediately helped by Charlie and I was able to get approved for their 90 day payment plan which allowed me to walk out with MacBook. They're very flexible with the payment plan and if you get approved they explain everything to you. This place may be small, but don't underestimate them they have A BUNCH of great products.

I stopped in this morning while I was on a morning walk with my friend. I just went in to look around and check it out, I drive by this place all the time and was curious. I was helped by the guy working in the morning, he showed me a couple laptops I was interested in, he was very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me at all. He could have pushed me to the slightly higher priced laptop I was looking at, but he said the one I chose was slightly better. So I ended up purchasing a laptop at a great price that includes a 90 warranty. I was very impressed with the store, selection, prices, and service. This place is a hidden gem in downtown San Jose. If they had a location with a parking lot, I would have stopped in years ago. But I live near by, so it wasn’t a problem at all. I hope the business will be around for a long time. Such a great place.
