Alex is wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and upfront with you. If he can fix something he’ll let you know, if it’s out of his wheelhouse he knows exactly where to send you. I appreciate his assistance with all IT support.

Initially, I brought my pre-built PC to a different repair shop. After over a week of no news and no repair progress with them, I picked it back up and brought it to Alex. He was so kind and helpful! He walked me through the all of the steps he planned to take and when he asked if I had any questions, I actually felt like I could ask questions. My PC was done in a very timely manner and for significantly cheaper than I expected. He even made an effort to get it back to me before the weekend which I super appreciate. I plan to upgrade my PC at some point in the near(ish) future. When that time comes, I feel confident that I can bring it here and walk out with a computer I'm more than happy with. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm so satisfied with the work they did and I'm honestly grateful. Thank you guys so much!

We brought in a laptop for a repair. However, the owner counseled us that the costly repair may not extend the life of the laptop as far as desired. We decided against the repair but he gave us excellent advice on our options and for our next laptop purchase.

If you want to actually get answers and get stuff done for a reasonable rate, come here. Local computer stores always deliver, and this place is no different. Fixed my harddrive issues within 10 minutes

Took my son’s computer in without an appointment, and he was able to fix everything for us right then and there! With also giving us tips and tricks on how to do other things with the computer! Very knowledgeable, and very kind. We will definitely be going back to Alex for all of our desktop computer needs!
