Matt was very knowledgeable about our water heater system and was able to explain it to me. He talked me through maintenance and care. He also took the time to ensure our system was running as optimally as possible. He did a great job. And helped build my faith in the company.

Matt C was our plumber and he did a great job fixing our outside hose bib that was broken. It wasn’t easy to get to but he worked hard to reach the area that needed fixing and we are really glad to have it fixed. We received estimates before work was done and also helpful recommendations and estimates for future work. Michael D was our plumber on a couple of leaky sinks and replacing all of our toilets. He did great work as well. I received an estimate before work was started. We have used Expert Services multiple times and their work is done well and warranted. We have been very happy with the job that was done. We highly recommend them.

I called Royal Plumbing to get their furnace tuneup and water heater flush special and was Very Pleased with the work that Landon T. did on both. I couldn't believe all of the hard wat sediment that was flushed. He was professional with explaining what he was going to do and when he finished, he detailed what he did, and told me how to take care of my equipment. I made sure that I got his card before he left so that I can have him come back next year. Thank you Royal Plumbing.

I had multiple slow leaks in the plumbing feeding my water heaters. Had caused a lot of build up and corrosion. Water heaters were already 7 years old, so decided to replace them. I had 3 companies come out to bid it. Expert Services was both the most economical option, and had the tech/plumber that was the most professional and knowledgeable. Chandler S. Did both the initial inspection and bid, and was the one to come back and do the work, which I liked. Chandler was stellar on all fronts, explained everything clearly, was super friendly, and just overall seemed like a good guy I could trust coming in and out of my house, even when I had to leave for a bit. Definitely recommend Expert Services. And would recommend requesting Chandler as your plumber from them!

HOLT WAS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! He greated me at my door with warm hello and introduced himself ! He explained what he was doing, with the heater and what was needed.
