Expercomp (Laptop & PC Repair)

I brought in an older desktop that wouldn't boot. Mike and Chance cloned the hard drive to a new SSD and installed a second SSD for future clones. Great shop – highly recommend.

I brought my laptop here. They thought it was a bad motherboard but weren't sure. I ordered a new one and paid a $250 deposit. After 3.5 weeks with no updates, I tried calling at least 10 times over a week with no answer. I drove to the store five times, and it was closed with no note. I finally found it open and got a refund of my deposit. Beware, if you leave a computer here, it might be hard to get it back.

They held my laptop for weeks without ordering parts. They were supposedly out of town but left no sign on the door, Google, or their shop. No answering machine either. They tried selling me a replacement before admitting they'd done nothing. If you have a minor repair and are busy, come here, but call for updates because you won't receive any. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

Mike and Chance were very helpful. My Windows 11 computer wouldn't turn on. They replaced the motherboard for a fraction of the cost of a new computer. They did so well that I brought in my mom's computer last week. Very fast, very helpful, and an awesome price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
