Had my new hard drive installed and they helped me with several questions and explained them until I understood it. They also visited where I live so I did not need to take the chance of damaging my computer taking it to the store. Very Happy

He didn't actually fix my computer, but I was calling around Greeley desperately for a SATA cable, and he said to come over and gave me two for free! Very friendly!
