Awesome service, fantastic mechanics, with great bike and accessory options. Hard to go wrong with amazing mechanics that are crazy-strong riders, and with engineering backgrounds and School of Mines alumni! Over the past 15+ years, I've bought top of the line road and MTBs here. They've always stepped up and escalated with the Manufacturer to deal with issues as well.

New owner Jake has this place dialed in. I’ve. I’ve been an avid mountain biker for over 20 years and been to a ton of bike shops that I just did not like. Most bike shops are don’t like dealing with guys like me who do most of their own repairs. My tech was Kyle and he was quick competent and fair. Plus they gave me a beer 😉 Oh, I also love the fact that Jake is local and rides bikes in Evergreen daily.

These guys are great! They’ll offer you a drink or give you a haircut while their incredibly knowledgeable staff helps to sort out anything you need. I’d recommend stopping by just for the great atmosphere that EBO provides. And to top it all off, they have an awesome assortment of Trek bikes and accessories!

I stopped by Evergreen Bicycle Outfitters yesterday with the hope I could find a bike that will fit me. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Mike took the time to ask me questions about my experience in biking and what type of biking I was interested in. I had done a bit of research ahead of time, which helped me prepare a budget for this purchase. In the end, Mike fitted me with a Trek Roscoe and he helped me stay under budget. I am excited to get started! I found Mike and his team to be very knowledgeable, which helped me understand some variables I hadn't considered. My first ride is this morning! Mike even helped me get some other gear they had on hand. I appreciate his knowledge of trails in the area as I hop on my new Mayflower and set sail to explore this vast new world. I look forward to some stellar rides and an occasional beer with the Evergreen Bicycle Outfitters team!

These folks are awesome. My wife purchased a Trek Verve 2 ebike 2 years ago and I purchased the same one a year ago. I take the bikes in for service and/or minor adjustments and they are quick to fix the minor issue and send me on my way. Very knowledgeable and wonderful staff there. Highly recommend.
