A half-dozen years ago I needed a computer. I went to NewEgg which led me to EPower. The computer I purchased from them, a Dell Latitude E6530, lasted me through writing more than a dozen novels plus DVDs and iTunes. That's 5,500,000 characters. I recently needed to replace it. I got a Dell E6540 with upgraded CPU, GPU, screen, and keyboard. It came looking like new! I've converted all my files and programs to it and it outperforms the older computer like nobody's business. I'm very impressed with the response after emailing them about my screen going black . Their response and the fix were done so quickly i couldn't believe how quickly i received a response about the problem and the fix and subsequent return. I will definitely buy from these guys again. I had over 3000 viruses and was locked out of my computer. They removed every virus (I also had no idea I had viruses on it) and restored all my data. They saved everything. And while they were working on it, they gave me a loaner computer to use. They were super kind.
