Shawn really deserves a 5 star review. I brought my 2 and a half year old computer into him with a very complicated problem and he returned it to me basically as good as new. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about computers but also is a great teacher (I learned a lot about my computer) and also goes above and beyond for his customers (stayed up well past closed working on my computer to get it to me the next day). If you live remotely near here and have any computer issue I absolutely would recommend Shawn.

I never write reviews online; in this particular case it is warranted. Shawn is a great pc repair specialist. I had an old Dell M4800 that I brought twice to local computer repair shops and both times they were not able to fix the problem. The problem was complex without going into too much detail. The reason I chose to work with Shawn out of state is because I have worked with him in the past and I know that he is highly competent in diagnosing issues. It did take some time, but Shawn was able to get my pc functioning perfectly again. I highly recommend contacting Shawn with any pc-related problem.
