The company as a whole probably would get 2 stars, however, I get 5 star service from Brindavani who makes herself available and gives me her teams and attends to me at all hours. If she’s not available, she makes sure someone else fixes my issue. If it wasn’t for her my tickets would be sitting around forever and unattended to. I can’t complain so long as she’s around.
