I wasn’t sure what to expect when walking in but the quality of the owner’s work speaks for itself. He replaced the back on my iPhone and got it turning on after a bit of water damage and working. I traded it in for a 16 pro and was very happy with the result. The glass replacement itself was flawless and very precise. I’ll be coming back here for any laptop / phone needs in the future.

Adam at Elite Tech repair was professional. I took my laptop in to get a touch screen replaced. Adam did the assessment, advised that he would have to order the part, and gave me a price on the part plus labor that was consistent with the Market here in Phoenix, AZ. Adam advised me on the current time frames for getting the part delivered so he could complete the repairs. Unfortunately, his vendor sent the wrong part, which would have to be imported from China. Adam kept me informed and updated at every step. After the repair, he advised a fix to the laptop case in order to prevent further damage to the new touchscreen. Adam was great to work with and very truthful in regards to repair and the ability to get the part ordered and shipped to his store. I received much better-personalized service from Adam than any Big Box store would help even though the laptop was originally purchased from a Big Box store. Owner Adam was responsive, courteous and professional. He repaired my phone screen at a good price and found time to chat with me about this and that. A friendly guy. There are other cell phone repair stores, many of them. They tend to have pretty stores in pretty shopping malls. Adam passes on the savings due to his small store in a modest mall. I will be back with any phone or laptop issues for sure!
