Went in two days in a row looking at gaming PCs. Got helped by a very nice associate (Alex) both days. He went above and beyond to get me prices and help me find what was best for my approved credit. After literally running back and forth to help me and answer my questions, I find out it's only his second day! He's awesome! Makayla was also fantastic help at checkout and was able to train Alex since my purchase was a bit complicated. Fantastic team and big shout out to William A. (Alex) and the assistant manager Makayla!

*edited to clarify details for corporate office* They sold me a new laptop with a bad battery. I went to return the battery and the manager refused to exchange the item for a more expensive item (???), insisting I needed the original box in order to process a return. I didn't even want a refund. This is despite him telling me over the phone he would take the item back, me having the receipt on my phone and on his hand, and having spent close to $3,000 in the store earlier in the month. His response when I became angry was "I didn't tell you to throw away the box." 😡😡😡 It's very clear to me now that I was likely sold a floor model that sat and burned the battery. Which means when they sold it, it was likely taken off the showroom floor and repackaged as new. Is that good business, especially in this context??? I became very upset with this gentleman and had to leave the store quickly. On what planet does it make sense to sell someone a defective product that's supposed to be new and make them pay for it ?! Where I'm from, when you make a mistake, you make it right. I recommend you go somewhere else for business period these people are not honest and they do not stand by their products in a way an upstanding business would.

I am very aggravated with electronics Express. I bought a brand new TV on December 28th. It quit working all of a sudden in February. The TV was less than 60 days old, but they would do nothing about it and referred me to the manufacturer. I paid $1,800 for a black picture frame to hang on my wall. I went through proper channels for warranty, but then I was told it was going to be over a work week before the part would come in. It was funny they knew what was wrong with it just from my phone call. They didn't have to even come and look at it. That tells me there was a problem to begin with. They should have taken the TV back and replaced it with a new one. Now I will have a TV that has been serviced within 60 days of owning it. The whole reason I bought the TV was because my old one, a Samsung curved TV quit working on me all of a sudden. I decided to go with a new OLED TV and just replace it. Now I'm back to the same point I was on December 28th. A big black picture on my wall. It's got sound, but no way of trying to find a station or being able to watch it. I'm aggravated with both Samsung and electronics Express. This was my first purchase from electronics Express, and I am not very happy about it. I would strongly suggest going to a direct purchase or purchasing a different product.

I had the best experience at the Tullahoma Electronic Express! Went in to find a refrigerator, and washer and dryer and Kye is the guy who helped me. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions got answered and I got what I needed. I will definitely bring my business back to this location!!

Purchased a new washer and dryer this morning. Service was great and sales staff were not pushing more expensive stuff or try to sell us anything we did not want. Got home and realized the washer had a big dent in the front. Called the store and they swapped it out completely hassle free. Not only was service great but they had what we wanted in stock and for a better price than the competitors store. 10/10 would shop here again and recommend them. Seth in appliances was awesome.
