Reached out to Jeremy last week about scheduling an appointment to get my computer repaired. Within 2 days, he took it step by step to assess what the problem was, order the necessary parts for replacement, run diagnostics and bring my PC back to life. I’m glad I was able to connect with him vs. potentially going another route (which frankly may have resulted in having to buy another PC outright). Contacted Jeremy regarding several issues on my Apple laptop, iPhone, and iPad (I'd been storing up issues for a year, but one had become finally become critical).
