Unfortunately I break my things a lot but luckily the doctor has fixed my issues every time! I can speak highly enough about the whole staff and specifically Sam!! They are very nice and informative about anything tech related. I also work in sales so I need my phone/laptop fixed quickly and they have fixed every devices I’ve brought in within an hour. Great customer service and reasonable price. Sam was very helpful on the phone, I’ve called to ask details about phone screen repair, he answered all my questions, given me all the details and options (is nice they have different options of screens) They fixed in the time frame they said they would (when your are not from an area and drive 2 hours just to fix your phone it really makes a difference Lol) the phone turned out really good. Great service. Sam is awesome at letting you know best option for you based on your needs. I was visiting Denver for a couple of days and broke back glass that I had repaired a month back at Bay Area. I must say service here is so good that i will prefer mailing in my phone for service any day to this store than going to a local store in Bay Area 😊

I called in 2 months ago on a Saturday morning about a strange hairline crack on my Pixel's LCD screen. Because of this crack, my phone was no longer responsive. They had the exact screen on hand and were able to take care of me that same day. It wasn't cheap, but to begin with the fact that they use OEM screens on their installs sold me on it. And it was significantly cheaper than getting a new phone. A couple of days after the install was done, my phone's screen went black again but I was able to bring it right back to them. They figured out what was wrong and I haven't had any issues since. Their customer service was great and the place was really clean when walking in.
