Our laptop was acting up, sometimes just refusing to turn on. I called another place who told me it’s not worth fixing given it’s about 4 years old. I found Mutasim at Custom PC Build who was willing to look at it. He diagnosed the issue and charged a reasonable labour to get it working again. So thankful that I didn’t have to buy a whole new laptop. He was so pleasant and easy to deal with. I felt respected as a customer. Communication with him was quick and easy. Definitely would come back to Mutasim for computer issues in the future.
