I am really appreciative of how quickly they scheduled my MacBook screen repair. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by a courteous representative and advised it would take 4 to 6 hours to make the repair. However, they actually finished up in less than 3 hours. The repair is great and my mac is working back like it was before.

Traveling to Phoenix over Thanksgiving, my iPhone stopped accepting a charge. Today (Friday) I called, explained my problem and said they’d clean the port for me - no charge- and see if that fixed it. It did and it saved me an entire day of my vacation of driving to an Apple Store, waiting around to get seen and then possibly guided toward buying a new phone. Needed a new battery for my phone. Parts were not in stock so it took a few days to get the battery in. Once it arrived I received a phone call to drop by anytime for installation. Phone was ready and working perfectly when promised.

Good repair, poor communication. Bottom line: don't expect them to call you when the part comes in or when the repair is complete. Read on for more... When I ordered the part for an iPhone 14, they said it would be "3-5 business days" for the part to come in. A week later and no call. So, I called and they said they had the part and meant to call. That day, I drop the phone off for the "one hour install" of said part and they said they'd call me when complete. 3 hours later, no call back. I called them and the repair was complete. So two promises to call but they didn't.

I'm very happy with the services CPR provides. I had my phone repaired in no time. Mr. K did a great job. Thank you. I went back again for a different issue. The staff saved me $100's just by making an adjustment. I'm very grateful.
