Connect Hearing by AudioNova

I purchased hearing aids at Connect Hearing in Loveland. My hearing buds broke, and we turned them in on August 23rd. It's now September 15th, and I'm still without them! The office lady was rude and told me not to call again. I'm deaf and can't hear much. I had a heart attack and was in the hospital and rehab without hearing aids. Now I'm getting hospital billing calls I can't understand! The loaners don't have the right buds, so the sound doesn't reach my ears. This place is NOT responsive to patient needs. I do not recommend them!

Aaron is very knowledgeable about hearing and shares his knowledge willingly. Very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. He listens to my hearing concerns and adjusts my hearing aids immediately. Thank you for taking great care of me.

The staff was awesome to work with. Aaron Rosen was wonderful—caring and professional. He suggested my son see an ENT before getting hearing aids due to previous ear surgeries. He could have just sold us hearing aids but chose to be caring and recommend an alternative route. Thank you!

Excellent, professional service. I'm new to Colorado and recently lost a hearing aid. Myra at Connect Hearing was extremely helpful with my warranty. I had a new hearing aid in no time. Kyle also performed a new hearing test and made adjustments for a better fit. I couldn't be more satisfied. Great people!

Connect Hearing, an authorized dealer of my hearing aid brand, sent my hearing aid (under warranty and purchased in another state) to the factory for repair. The receptionist was outstanding and a great representative of the company. Great customer service, and I got my hearing aid back fixed. Despite no revenue from my repair, they were extremely cordial and accommodating. I will use Connect Hearing for my future needs and recommend them.
