Connect Hearing by AudioNova

I purchased my hearing aids at Connect Hearing in Loveland CO; located on 29th Street (Dr. Kyle). Unfortunately my hearing buds came apart & we turned them in on the 23rd of August. It's now September 15th & I'm still without hearing aids! When we've called to ask about getting them, the lady in the office was absolutely rude. She said, "we'll call you when they come in, don't call here again! I'm deaf, without my hearing aids I can't hear much of anything & I had a heart attack; was in the hospital & rehab without the ability to hear. Now I'm receiving calls from hospitals re: billing issues & I can't talk with them because I'm not able to hear! Even though I have loaners they don't have the buds that go deep into the ear, so the sounds don't reach my ears! This place is NOT responsive to their patient's needs. I do not recommend them for good hearing care!

Aaron is very knowledgeable about hearing and is always willing to share his knowledge. Very friendly and is very enjoyable to talk with. He does a great job listening to my hearing concerns and takes time to adjust my hearing aids immediately. Thank you taking great care of me.

Staff was very awesome to work with. Aaron Rosen was wonderful to work with, he was caring and very professional. Suggested my son go see an ENT before he felt comfortable in getting him hearing aids because of the situation my son was in from previous ear surgeries. He could have just sold us hearing aids, but he chose to be caring enough to recommend an alternative rout to check first. Thank you!

Excellent, professional service. I'm new to Colorado and recently lost one of my hearing aids. I contacted Connect Hearing for help with my warranty and spoke to Myra, who was extremely helpful. I had a new hearing aid in no time. When I went to pick up my hearing aid Kyle also performed a new hearing test along with changing up a few things for a better fit. I couldn't be more satisfied. What great people!!!

I had a problem with my hearing aid that was under warranty, purchased in another state and connect hearing being an authorized dealer of my brand sent the hearing aid to the factory to be repaired. I must say the receptionist was outstanding and a great representative of the company. They had great customer service and I got my hearing aid back all fixed. Despite the fact that they made no revenue from my repair they were extremely cordial and accommodating. I will use connect hearing for my future hearing aid needs. I recommend them.
