I highly recommend this business! The owners are known for their passion, honesty, and incredible work ethic. They started from the ground up and go above and beyond to help customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions. It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about customers. I called Computers R Us, and they said they could transfer my data for $50. At the store, the guy in charge got involved and things went south. He said they'd try for $45, but if they couldn't, they'd keep the $45. Then, data repair would be $200 (after he said the work they send out would cost $600). He said my year-old hard drive was spinning but not working, so data repair was needed, and they couldn't guarantee it would work. He then debated me on how old the hard drive was! Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He then suggested I go to Geek Squad! I'd rather pay more to people who are respectful. It's profit before people with this business.

Brought my desktop in with boot-up issues. All the workers were friendly and responsive. Even after later issues, they didn't charge me for a re-inspection or work. One of the best places to bring your devices!

I bought a refurbished laptop here. It had some keyboard hardware issues, but they fixed it for me. If they make a mistake, they make it right, which matters more than getting it right the first time! I'll be back if I need anything repaired.
