This place is Great!! They came Recommended by a friend who has used them in the past. They're Honest Fair and Do Good work also very professional!! Collin and Jacob were very helpful in getting my broken Screen fixed on my phone. They ordered the parts and kept me up to date on when they'd be delivered and when I could pick it. And they're Very Affordable. Keep up the Great work guy's!

I cannot recommend this business enough! The owners are known for their passion, honesty, and incredible work ethic. They started this place from the ground up one repair at a time, and they go above and beyond to help customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions. It’s refreshing to find a business these days that genuinely cares about their customers and the customer experience, let alone at a computer shop. I will be taking any and all electronics to them in the future, and I highly recommend you do as well. If you want hardworking, genuine, and honest people that know what they are doing, this is the place.

I Called computers are us. They said they could transfer my data from my old hard drive to my new hard drive for $50. I got to the store and a kind gentleman was helping us. The guy in charge for some reason got in the exchange with me and things went south from there. He said we will try to transfer data for $45. If they can’t do it we will keep the $45. Then we will need to do a data repair that will cost $200. This is after he told me that the work they send out to their work partner would cost $600. Hmm… interesting right? He told us The old hard drive is spinning, but it’s not showing that it’s working properly so now we have to do a data repair and we can’t guarantee that it will work. The files will come back all out of order. I gave him my old hard drive to him. I asked him do hard drives normally breakdown. This is only a year old. It’s pretty new. And he decides to debate me and make a big deal out of it how old it is when I said I just told you how old it was. Best Buy just printed a receipt for me and showed me it’s a year old Why would the guy in charge debate a customer on how old their hard drive was? I found that rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Then he said maybe you should just go somewhere else Best Buy Geek Squad can give you a better price and they’ll do better for you. I said so a minute ago you wanted to do the work and now you don’t. I would rather do business and pay whatever it cost to people who are respect and helpful to. Customers. Not debate them on how old their product is and be rude and disrespectful. Computers R Us is a computer repair business serving people they should be in the people business serving computer repair. They got it backwards. It’s profit before people and product before people At least that’s what we experienced today.

Brought my desktop in after having boot-up issues, all the workers were very friendly and responsive. Even after having issues later on with the pc they didn't charge me for a re-inspection or the work they did on the pc. Overall one of the best places to bring your devices to have any work done!

I bought a refurbished laptop from this place. It ended up having some hard-to-find hardware issues with the keyboard, but they fixed it up for me. If they make an oversight or mistake, they make it right by the customer which matters 100% more than getting it right the first time imo! I'll be sure to come back if I need anything repaired in the future
