They are very patient with me and kind with me or if anybody in general. They are always honest and will answer any of your questions that you may have for them. They’re professionalized at what they do. They do quality Work and complete it at a timely fashion and they do an awesome job at building or repairing any type of computers.

Great customer service, amazing deals. It has something for everyone, gaming computers, work laptops, even e-waste grade computers (if you're into that sort of thing(I definitely am)). They gave me a free wifi adapter. You've earned yourself a repeat customer!

*Edit in response to reply below* I had dropped my laptop once, three years prior to me bringing it in to this shop for a completely different issue. The bent frame had nothing to do with the laptop turning off. The frame had been minorly bent for years.. I tried explaining this a year ago and it's clear they still don't want to listen to their customers. Also, my keyboard lights worked perfectly fine with a bent frame for three years, until I brought my laptop to this store. They tried fixing something that wasn't even a problem, effectively breaking my laptop, and are still attempting to place blame on the customer. Yes, fixing my keyboard lights (which this store broke) would cost more than I'm willing to pay, as this store was unable to fix their own mistake. Their response claims my laptop wasn't having the issue when I picked it up from them, but I showed the owner the video proof that it was still happening, hence why I got a refund. My laptop runs and works perfectly fine now after I had someone else fix it for a quarter of the price. *Original Review* Its been a year now since I originally brought my laptop in here for what should have been a minor repair. I ended up taking my laptop to a college kid who fixed it for $50 instead. A year later, my laptop works perfectly fine other than the keys not lighting up which this store is responsible for breaking. When I first brought in my laptop, I told them that it would randomly shut off and would take awhile to turn back on. The bottom frame was bent from me dropping the laptop 3 years prior and, even though the problem of it turning off was new, the tech behind the counter confidently said my laptop only needed a new frame. He never properly diagnosed the issue, but I trusted them. The repair took longer than expected, I finally get my laptop back, and not only does the issue still remain but all of a sudden my keys wont light up. I take video proof (twice) that my laptop is still turning off randomly, and go back to have them actually fix it since I had paid $200 and they only made my laptop worse. This store then holds my laptop hostage for two months while they order not one, not two, but THREE keypads saying it MUST be faulty keypads. Three different techs (one a manager and one the owner I believe) all told me my laptop had gotten three different repairs.. they had no idea what was done to it. They also were horrible at keeping me updated the entire time. I, obviously, started responding like an angry customer and they treated me like I was crazy for being upset. When I brought up the key lights no longer working, the tech actually said "it's not a big deal" and they tried gaslighting me into believing my 4 year old laptop was just old and thus not functioning properly. I finally demand my laptop back and a refund after they wanted to order ANOTHER keypad. They tried holding a $30 diag fee and I said absolutely not, there was never a proper diag done. I found some college kid on facebook and he fixed my laptop in two days for $50. My now 5 year old laptop works better than ever. minus the lights - thanks guys.

Today was the 2nd time I have used this service and I highly recommend it! I'm not a technical person and just needed some texts messages printed out. Melissa not only did a fabulous job with the printing but also sent the link to my email so I would always have the info right there whenever I need it. Also very friendly and caring! And in a timely manner! I will definitely be returning for any other technical issues!
