Ken was very patient and helpful, and there was no charge for his assistance. I highly recommend Computer Plus to anyone needing computer repairs—go see Ken! Amazing service! I thought my MacBook was toast after cracking the screen pretty substantially or that it would cost a fortune to repair. Luckily I found their Highway 92 location and after a brief conversation I was able to receive and approve a quote and have my laptop repaired and up and running smoothly for a reasonable price in an expeditious amount of time!
