Harold did a great job on replacing the display on my laptop. They dont make those kind of screens anymore. Im super happy it got fixed by a professional!

I initially discussed with Harold the installation of Outlook on two computers and agreed on the 2019 version after confirming that it met my requirements. Upon returning to the shop two weeks later, Harold informed me that he would be installing the 2016 version, something I never agreed to. I assumed he would honor our original agreement. Once I got home, I realized it was not what we had agreed upon, causing a significant waste of my time and requiring me to switch to a membership plan to reconfigure my emails. Despite presenting a screenshot of our original agreement, Harold refused to refund the payment, offering excuses such as not being responsible for the text message he sent. This experience was a complete waste of time, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this unprofessional business. #baitandswitch

I was referred to this place from nextdoor another app.. the shop is not much to look at but his price is very reasonable and he's very good thank you so much for cleaning my one computer so I can donate it and the other one so I can get all my paperwork off of it thanks again

How lucky I found Harrold! I had a newish laptop with a broken hinge - apparently a defect w the Yogas. I was about to buy a brand new laptop after seeing how hard the fix would be, but decided to get another opinion. Harrold and I literally looked together online for the best deal on replacement parts (how is that for transparency on pricing?) and he fixed as soon as those parts came in. It felt a little weird at first because it’s not a big shop and I paid for the parts up front, but once I had my laptop back I was incredibly pleased by the work.
